(1/5) Porfavor pongan personas competentes , el teléfono nunca lo contestan y no respetan los horarios de servicio , esto es una basura , no saben dar informes de nada 🤷🏻‍♀️

(1/5) Be very careful!! There is a man who works there with very bad energy. 1 hour after picking up a package. I started receiving phone calls. The person said they needed a code to confirm that I received my package. Because I just picked up a package. I did not think twice. Next thing I know my WhatsApp was hacked and messages were being sent to my contacts asking for money. The timing of everything is super suspicious. The same thing happened to my boyfriend a few years ago. He picked up a package and soon after his WhatsApp was hacked. I will be filing a police report. The sad thing is, this is the only regular post office in Puerto. To be fair, there are other employees who have been super kind and professional in the past. But there is one guy working there who should be avoided at all costs. I am including photos of all the info I collected while my WhatsApp was being hacked.

(1/5) Do NOT use this service! I posted 2 large boxes of personal items, paid several hundred dollars to post over £1500 value of personal items (probably worth more actually) and the postal service LOST them and are now refusing to handle my claim. They make you pay in cash as well so you have no recourse via the credit card company either.

(5/5) Sent some postcards from this post office to Lithuania, Europe. It took 2.5 months but they reached their destinations 😄. It's probably worth a mention that I've sent them inside envelopes.
