Mailbox Express & More (Ensenada)

By providing a delivery address in San Diego and bringing my mail and packages back to Ensenada for pick up, Mailbox Express has made living in Ensenada as an expat much easier. Thank you!

(5/5) I just have to give a huge shout-out to Jorge and the team at Mailbox Express for doing me such a huge favor this week! I lost my phone Friday when I gave it to a cab driver to charge during a ride — and forgot to get it back. Sadly, the driver never returned it. That’s unusual here in Ensenada, because people are usually so honest and kind, so I even waited a few days expecting it to come back. When it didn’t, I filed an insurance claim and had a replacement shipped. It arrived in San Diego on Tuesday, and thanks to Jorge and Mailbox Express, I had it in my hands here in Ensenada by Thursday. That is incredible service — I really thought it would take until Saturday at least. As someone who practices Social Security disability law, I depend on my phone for hearings and client work, and while I have a backup, it was a real struggle to get through my Monday hearing without my main phone. Jorge really went above and beyond to help me get back up and running quickly. This isn’t the first time they’ve helped me out on short notice — it’s probably the second or third time I’ve had to get a phone over the border, and every time they’ve come through. (5/5) This business makes it easy to transition to Mexico from the US. It is incredibly helpful to have a USA notary plus all the mail options. The service is excellent. The location is central and easy to find. They’ll deliver your mail to you in Ensenada if you want.
